Dr. De Ciantis is an artist and storyteller whose work is grounded in the ancient archetypal integration of art, ethics and technology; an archetype that is emerging in the forefront in the cultural mind of our information-based society. Her work is aimed at increasing the ability of individuals, teams and organizations to be competent in their own development and to create sustainable success. She works with a range of approaches and techniques, with an emphasis on integration of learning and applicability to real life challenges and aspirations.

An experienced organizational consultant, program designer, facilitator and executive coach, Dr. De Ciantis has been associated since 1985 with the Center for Creative Leadership (a not-for-profit international research and educational institution based in the USA), where she remains an adjunct faculty member. Cheryl has been a core designer and deliverer for two of the Center's most innovative programs: Leading Creatively and LeaderLab® (which has won recognition as a model program from the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations, founded by Daniel Goleman). Between 1998 and 2000, she served as Director of the Center's Brussels, Belgium campus.

Areas of interest include:
• organizational myths and metaphors in diagnostics and culture change
• values-based strategic integration of organizational change efforts
• mastering the leadership art of kairios - an ancient Greek term that means "being in the right place, at the right time"
